Create a Sale
Under Sales Promotion Processing, Select the Maintain Sale Item function.
- CTRL-I to Insert New Record
- Add the header information and press CTRL-I to save (insert) it
Note: the ID is created automatically, the Description is optional as you need it - Select the Items command and click Insert New Item (F5)
- Choose an item from the search table and enter the appropriate sale prices
- Continue to add items in this manner
- The sale will activate on the Start Date and expire on the End Date.
Note: to reuse this sale, select the header and change the Start/End dates - If you wish to activate the sale immediately, click Actions, then Update Sale Prices
